Airman Leadership School (ALS) Coming Up in October

Texas Wing will hold an Airman Leadership School (ALS) the weekend of 30 October – 1 November at Camp Swift in Bastrop, TX. ALS is designed to provide leadership training for Cadets in the grades of Airman through Senior Airman, and is highly recommended for any cadet who is preparing to attend their first Encampment.
Details including fees and equipment/packing lists are included in the Operations Plan below. Questions should be directed to Lt. Col. Harrell, our Deputy Commander for Cadets (he is also the Assistant Project Officer for this event).
Group II Airman Leadership School (ALS) 21-23 November

Group II will be hosting an Airman Leadership School (ALS) at Texas Wing Headquarters in Nacogdoches the weekend of 21-23 November (the weekend before Thanksgiving). Our Deputy Commander for Cadets, Lt. Col. Harrell, will be the ALS Director for this activity.
ALS is a class designed to prepare Cadets (generally in the grades of Airman, Airman 1st Class, and Senior Airman) for attending their first Encampment. The school combines classroom instruction with drill and other practical exercises to provide them with skills and information to help them successfully complete Encampment.
